Conditions & Cancellation Policy:

  • Tours can be rescheduled providing Cyberview360 has been given at least a 4 hour notice.
  • If the homeowner or real estate agent is unavailable at the scheduled time, the photographer will shoot the front and backyard (if accessible) and charge the client $80.00. The photographer will then complete the tour and send the images and virtual tour link to the real estate agent. A fee of $50 will be added to the total tour cost to come back out to complete the tour.
  • Complete payment for the virtual tour will be required at the time of the photo shoot. The tour will then be completed within 48 hours (although most tours are usually completed within 24 hours) and the photos and tour link will be sent to the realtor at his or her email address.
  • A virtual tour will be posted to the CyberView 360 website only if a rider has been purchased.
  • All images and media are the sole property of CyberView 360.
  • Tours will expire 12 months from the date of launch. A fee can be paid yearly to retain tour - see rep for details.
  • Virtual tour links are not automatically be sent to Realtor.com. However, we can send the tour to Realtor.com for a fee. The fee will be reassessed if the realtor re-lists the property with a different MLS number.
