CyberView 360 Virtual Tours General Information
Photo Shoot:
The agent or homeowner must be present at the time the tour
is photographed. The home owner or agent must designate which
rooms/areas should be photgraphed for tours. If the agent
or homeowner has NOT made prior requests regarding shot selection,
the shots taken will be at the discretion of the photographer.
CyberView 360 will not claim responsibility for the photographer’s
selection of shots and tours taken of the home.
Events resulting in a cancellation fee:
- Failure of the agent and/or homeowner to be present at
the scheduled time of the tour (unless otherwise arranged
with CyberView 360).
- A failure to clean home and be presentable at the scheduled
time of the tour.
- A client may reschedule a tour but must do so at least
twenty-four hours prior to the originally scheduled time
or they will be assessed a cancellation fee.
- A client may substitute one home for another home in the
same area, but must do so more than eight business hours
prior to the originally scheduled time or they will be assessed
a cancellation fee.
- The CyberView 360 photographer will shoot the home
as-is. That is, he will not move objects, straighten
or dust objects, open or shut windows or doors, etc. The
photographer will, however, turn lighting on or off and
open or shut blinds if it results in better images.
- Once the photographer has photographed a home, the tour
may not be cancelled. The client will be charged the full
price of the tour.
- A tour may be transferred to another account, but the
client will be assessed a transfer fee.
- A failed payment (either Visa/Master Card or Check).
- We charge a $25.00 fee for a bounced check.
- CyberView 360 reserves all rights to update these Terms
and Conditions at any time.

in full every 15 days after 30 days that the
virtual tour has been completed.
